Last updated: 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing our website, booking a call or engaging Verto Finance for advisory services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service scope
Verto Finance provides outsourced corporate finance support, including management reporting, cash-flow forecasting, margin analysis and strategic guidance. Our deliverables are advisory in nature and do not constitute audit, legal or regulated financial advice unless expressly agreed in writing.
3. Client obligations
- Provide accurate, complete and timely financial data and access credentials.
- Maintain authorised users of the client portal and protect login credentials.
- Notify us promptly of any changes that affect reporting or forecasts.
4. Fees and payment terms
Fees are set out in the applicable proposal or engagement letter. Recurring packages are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in suspension of services. Fees are quoted and billed in the designated currency agreed upon in your engagement agreement (e.g., AED or SAR), exclusive of applicable charges.
5. Intellectual property
All reports, templates, models and materials created by Verto Finance remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use deliverables for their internal business purposes only.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the working relationship.
7. Limitation of liability
Verto Finance liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages, or for decisions taken by the client based on our advisory output.
8. Term and termination
Either party may terminate recurring services with reasonable written notice as specified in the engagement letter. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for fees accrued up to the termination date.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, the competent courts of Dubai.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
